Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing client relationships, and leveraging marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, convert them to long‑term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds.
