Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation, deductions, and planning while growing the local client base in your community. You’ll engage with customers in person using TurboTax tools, participate in local marketing, and provide clear, personalized tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
