Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide complete tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, while helping to grow the local client base and loyalty. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to build a thriving business in your community, with a focus on offering personalized, easy-to-understand tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language using available resources.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience at TurboTax locations.
