Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community. You'll engage customers in-person, grow the client base, and deliver an excellent experience through professional service, online/offline outreach, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources.

Formación

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license and tax prep experience
• PTIN required to file taxes
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week
• Familiar with Circular 230
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
• Build long-term client relationships and referrals in the local community
• Represent TurboTax professionally in-person and via company tools
