Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will work on-site, engaging with the local community, growing the TurboTax client base, and collaborating with marketing support while maintaining a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Perform calculations and software/product support for TurboTax clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
