Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers and providing full-service tax preparation and advice.

You will grow the TurboTax client base through community engagement, local marketing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail environment, while adhering to Intuit’s policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax year using professional software.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week at TurboTax locations.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in local marketing and client development to grow TurboTax presence in the community.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
