Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will prepare and review tax returns, advise on tax strategies, and help grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to in-person customers, leveraging TurboTax products and resources, with a focus on community engagement and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license with tax prep expertise and PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law requirements for tax professionals.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the U.S., including Sundays/Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file full tax returns for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Provide tax advice, optimize deductions, and perform tax planning discussions.
• Assist in local marketing and client outreach to grow the TurboTax client base.
