Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, guidance, and client relationship-building as a trusted advisor in your community.

You’ll serve clients with tax planning, deductions optimization, and personalized support, while engaging in local marketing and building long-term relationships. The role is non-exempt and onsite with a minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Build a positive customer experience through professionalism and trust.
