Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands‑on tax advice, preparation, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and connecting them with Intuit’s broader services.

You’ll be a community ambassador, growing the client base through local events and partnerships, while delivering a seamless Intuit experience and year‑round support for tax planning

Qualifications

• Experience preparing personal and business tax returns (1040 and related forms).
• Active licenses/certifications such as EA/CPA/Attorney preferred.
• Willingness to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
