Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, serving in-person and virtual clients, and coordinating with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and help customers understand their financial picture using Intuit’s tools and services, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 1040s (30+ per season) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to ad/brand use of your image.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base and nurture relationships.
• Act as a bridge to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, credits.
