Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients both in-person and virtually.

You will grow the local client base, host financial literacy events, and represent TurboTax in community outreach, while using Intuit marketing

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (30+) per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete training and compliance requirements; cross-training may occur.
• Willing to wear uniform and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in growing local and online TurboTax presence through events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, building a new client base and managing outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax prep, such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term engagements with recurring revenue.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear guidance and responsive service.
