Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, helping them navigate personal and business tax needs. You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and empathy.
