Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growth.

The role is non-exempt, onsite, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, primarily in California, and offers competitive compensation with a bonus/benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain relevant state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.
