Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will engage customers, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and a PTIN, with a commitment to 20+ hours per week onsite.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
