Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, using your tax expertise and IntelliTuit tools to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

You’ll also engage with the local community, grow the client base, and represent TurboTax as a trusted advisor, while complying with company policies

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid return preparation experience (1040) using professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity.
• Must reside in the United States and onsite availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist local clients with complex returns, deductions optimization, and tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
