Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and driving client acquisition.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on long-term relationships.
