Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while acting as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage with the community, and provide personalized tax solutions using TurboTax resources, with a focus on accessible, friendly service in a front-facing retail environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist in local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax’s client base in the community.
