Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, serving clients with personal and business tax needs while guiding them through complex filing scenarios. You will build relationships, participate in local marketing, and act as a community ambassador, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
