Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advisory services, and help grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with the local community, drive outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney license is required or strongly preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full tax returns for TurboTax customers, including personal and small business filings.
• Provide tax advice and planning guidance in a clear, client-friendly language.
• Assist clients in person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations and support local marketing efforts.
