Job summary

You will partner with Tax leadership to translate priorities into scalable operating models and cross-functional execution plans, driving transformation, efficiency, and growth.

The role requires senior-level leadership, strong budgeting and performance management skills, and the ability to influence across a complex organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations experience, preferably in public accounting or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of Tax transformation initiatives and other high-priority operational programs.
• Translates strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Partners with firm functions to align on priorities and support needs.
• Monitors budgets, metrics, and performance trends with Finance and Tax leadership.
• Coaches and develops operations leaders to drive enterprise priorities.
