Responsibilities

• Supervises one or more seasonal staff at a single location.
• Coordinates recruiting, interviewing and hiring of seasonal employees.
• Maximize customer service and increase sales.
• Performs administrative functions and manages office schedules.
• Monitors performance and corrects errors as needed.
• Maintains filing system for tax returns and prints client checks.
• Encourages clients to file their taxes at the office.
