Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more seasonal staff at a single location.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing and hiring for seasonal staff.
• Maximize customer service and sales.
• Perform administrative functions and schedule management.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain filing system for tax return documents.
• Print and distribute client refund checks.
• Follow up with clients to encourage filing.
