Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit services in local TurboTax locations.

You will work onsite with a team of financial experts, helping clients from simple to complex tax situations and expanding the local customer base through community outreach. You will collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem, delivering end-to-end support and year‑round guidance while embodying a high‑quality customer experience

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals
• Represent TurboTax in local communities and online channels to build brand awareness
