Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and amendments.
• Help clients maximize refunds with planning advice.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build local community relationships and grow the client base.
