Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and provide personalized guidance to clients at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services and grow the local customer base with community outreach.

You will engage with clients to understand their financial picture, offer state and federal tax planning, and promote Intuit products. This role requires on-site presence and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
