Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practitioner with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite office role with 20+ hours/week, 8–5 schedule.
• Training and development participation.
• Willing to wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax-related questions.
