Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and connect them with the full Intuit ecosystem. You will build relationships, educate the community, and provide end-to-end support across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes hands-on client work, cross-functional collaboration, and a local growth mindset, with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (30+) filed per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and professional rules.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong client advisory skills.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Identify deductions and optimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Assist with personal and business income, investments, amendments.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance.
