Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, delivering tax expertise and connecting them with Intuit’s ecosystem to support year-round financial well-being. You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and ensure a premium customer experience while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping,

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and build relationships through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll for year-round support.
• Develop trusted relationships to turn one-time clients into long-term partners.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and virtual interactions.
