Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and connecting clients with broader Intuit services.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, relationship-building, and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will work in a collaborative team, handle a range of tax scenarios from simple to complex,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training from Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax office during typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ~20 hours/week
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic advisory experience encouraged
• Must reside in the United States to be eligible

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools
• Build and maintain long-term relationships, serving as trusted local advisor
