Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will help clients with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments, while connecting them with Intuit ecosystem solutions.

The role emphasizes local growth, community outreach, and high-quality service. You will work onsite, engage with clients in person and via digital tools, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory roles with training provided by Intuit.
Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing materials.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide future tax planning guidance.
Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships.
Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
