Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will serve as the client’s trusted advisor, handling personal and business tax needs and guiding them through available Intuit solutions.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and collaborate with a team to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be eligible to work.
• Active PTIN and 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (filing 30+ federal/state returns).
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; willing to train and upskill as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax, delivering a best-in-class customer experience and connecting clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
