Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice in a TurboTax location.

You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, address complex tax scenarios, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, helpful service.
