Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering expert tax advice and in-person/virtual services while actively growing the local customer base through community engagement.

As a trusted advisor, you will connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping and payroll, and participate in local events to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax business through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions beyond tax filing.
