Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering personalized tax solutions and building trusted advisory relationships. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for every customer, while expanding the local client base and fostering

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; ready for advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Develop long-term relationships to turn one-time engagements into recurring business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and clear communication.
