Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated, year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our growing TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and preparation, build a local client base, and engage with the community to drive awareness of TurboTax services.

Role emphasizes tax expertise, customer service excellence, and entrepreneurial, community-facing activities. Onsite work at TurboTax offices with standard hours, plus opportunities to grow into broader Intuit

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
Build local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and partnerships.
Organize and lead local events to create opportunities for customer engagement and brand awareness.
