Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers in new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate personal and business tax situations.

You will be a trusted local advisor, driving community outreach, events, and partnerships while leveraging Intuit resources to deliver excellent service and grow the customer base for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
