Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients maximize refunds while promoting Intuit's ecosystem.

You will act as a community ambassador, building a local client base, organizing events, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing resources to raise brand awareness. The role requires onsite work, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Lead local outreach, grow a new customer base, and organize community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build trust and long-term relationships to drive year-round engagement.
