Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice and preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will engage the community, drive local growth, and act as the local face for TurboTax with marketing support from Intuit.

The role emphasizes building lasting client relationships, offering guidance across Intuit solutions, and delivering exceptional service while working onsite with a flexible schedule during peak tax periods.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, addressing simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach to grow a new customer base and act as a community ambassador.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear financial guidance.
