Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll also serve as a community ambassador, attract new clients, and drive local growth while delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA certification or CPA designation preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to support clients and drive loyalty.
