Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete client returns, and act as a community ambassador to grow local engagement.

The role emphasizes local growth, events, and leveraging Intuit resources to connect clients with related services while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week and complete trainings

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparations
• Lead local outreach and community events to grow customer base
• Promote Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to other services
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and address client inquiries
