Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, in person and virtually.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and work closely with a network of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support and year-round prosperity for your community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video tools.
