Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while developing local client relationships and growing the business within the community.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; use name/photo for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to handle complex tax scenarios.
