Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, personal and business tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You will act as a community ambassador, attract new clients, and guide them through Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning, to deliver year-round value and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into loyal, long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
