Job summary

Intuit seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service, while proactively growing your local client base and building long‑term relationships.

You’ll engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex scenarios and connecting them with related Intuit services for year‑round

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer future planning guidance.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or other Intuit services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy in-person and via video tools.
