Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location. You will provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events, leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support to sustain customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and year-round support.
• Assist with community engagement and local marketing initiatives to build a loyal client base.
