Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States, to deliver hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.

You will build local relationships, collaborate with specialists, drive community engagement, and provide end-to-end support, empowering customers and expanding TurboTax’s presence in your community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• EA, CPA, or licensed attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Engage with local community to attract new clients and foster relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Meet onsite as TurboTax Local Service Expert and deliver a best-in-class experience.
