Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, while actively building a local customer base through outreach and events.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to Intuit solutions and delivering a top-notch customer experience in person or via video tools. Eligible for strong compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Lead local outreach to grow a new customer base via events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
