You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing resources to foster trust and long-term relationships. Strong tax knowledge and client focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (federal/state 1040).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for a full Intuit service experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
