Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end in in-person and virtual settings.

You will actively grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit in the community while leveraging marketing resources to expand the TurboTax footprint.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
