Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, offering expert preparation, advice, and support to help customers maximize refunds and navigate complex scenarios.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals, grow the local TurboTax client base, and represent Intuit in the community while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local market, growing the client base and organizing local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
